How do I make a custom sticker at StickItLab?

Go to stickitlab.com/create-your-sticker/, upload your design (a transparent PNG of at least 300 DPI works best), choose your size and quantity, and check out as a guest or with an account. We print and kiss-cut every sticker ourselves in Groningen, the Netherlands.

Which file formats can I upload?

PNG, JPEG, GIF and WebP files up to 10MB. For the best result use a transparent PNG of at least 300 DPI, so the sticker follows the shape of your design.

How much do custom stickers cost?

Prices depend on the size: up to 2x2 cm EUR 1.50, up to 4x4 cm EUR 2.50, up to 6x6 cm EUR 3.00, up to 8x8 cm EUR 3.75, up to 10x10 cm EUR 4.50, up to 15x15 cm EUR 6.50, up to 20x20 cm EUR 9.00 and larger (up to 25.4 x 18.1 cm) EUR 12.50. Ready-made kawaii sticker sets are EUR 7.50 per set. There is no minimum order.

What does shipping cost?

One shipping charge per order: EUR 1.50 to the Netherlands, EUR 3.00 to the rest of the European Union and EUR 5.00 to the rest of the world. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

How fast will my stickers arrive?

Orders paid before 15:00 CET on working days ship the same day from the Netherlands. Estimated delivery: Netherlands 1-2 working days, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg 2-4, other EU countries 3-7, rest of Europe 5-10 and elsewhere 7-21 working days. These are estimates; customs and carriers can cause delays.

Do I pay customs duties?

Within the European Union there are no customs duties. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the customer.

Can I order just one sticker?

Yes. You can order from a single sticker, there is no minimum quantity.

How large can a custom sticker be?

From 1 x 1 cm up to 25.4 x 18.1 cm. You set the exact size while ordering; the design keeps its own proportions.

Kiss-cut means only the sticker layer is cut, about 1 mm around your design, while the backing sheet stays intact. The sticker peels off easily and keeps a clean edge.

Are the stickers waterproof?

Our standard stickers are printed on matte sticker paper for indoor use, such as laptops, phone cases, notebooks and planners, and are not waterproof. If you need them to handle water, we can laminate them on request: mention it in the order notes or contact us.

Do you sell ready-made sticker sets?

Yes, more than 20 kawaii sticker sets with animals such as husky, capybara, frog, fox, black cat, pigeon, seal, shark, penguin, unicorn and squirrel, 6 or 7 stickers per set for EUR 7.50. See stickitlab.com/order-stickers/.

By card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), iDEAL, Bancontact, EPS, Klarna or PayPal, all through a secure Stripe checkout. You receive an invoice by email after payment.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 1 hour of placing your order, as long as production has not started. Contact us right away through the contact form on stickitlab.com/contact/ with your order number.
